7. Health and Safety

Travelers must ensure they are medically fit for travel in mountainous regions. Peak Pathway Hills is not responsible for health issues arising during the trip. Travel insurance is recommended.

8. Responsibility and Liability

We act only as an agent for hotels, transport providers, and other service suppliers. We are not liable for delays, accidents, loss of baggage, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Guests participate in adventure activities at their own risk.
