Cancellation & Refunds

At Peak Pathway Hills, we understand that travel plans may change. This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains the terms under which cancellations and refunds are processed for our Kashmir tour and travel services.

1. Cancellation by the Customer

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. The date of receipt of your request will be considered the official cancellation date.

  • Cancellations made 15 days or more before travel: Full refund after deducting booking and service charges.
  • Cancellations made 7 to 14 days before travel: 50% of the total booking amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before travel: No refund will be provided.

2. No-Show Policy

If a traveler fails to arrive for the tour or service without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Cancellation by Peak Pathway Hills

In rare situations, we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions. In such cases:

  • You will be offered an alternative tour date or package.
  • If no alternative is accepted, a full refund will be provided.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.

5. Third-Party Services

Some services such as hotels, transport providers, and activity operators have their own cancellation policies. Refunds in such cases will depend on the policies of those service providers.

6. Changes to Bookings

Requests for date changes or modifications to the itinerary are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
