All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email, WhatsApp, or our contact form. The date of receipt of your request will be considered the official cancellation date.
If a traveler fails to arrive for the tour or service without prior cancellation, it will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.
In rare situations, we may need to cancel or reschedule a tour due to weather conditions, natural disasters, road closures, or government restrictions. In such cases:
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking.
Some services such as hotels, transport providers, and activity operators have their own cancellation policies. Refunds in such cases will depend on the policies of those service providers.
Requests for date changes or modifications to the itinerary are subject to availability and may involve additional charges.
